Officium HR™ demo
Take the tour
The demo is a working copy of Officium HR for a made-up business, Example Builders Ltd. Nothing you enter is saved. Pick who you want to be and try the steps below.
As an HR admin
You’re Sam Taylor, HR administrator at Example Builders Ltd.
- On Home, approve a leave request under Waiting for your approval.
- Press Post a notice, tick “Everyone must confirm they’ve read it” and see the read count.
- Switch Who’s in today between Today and Month.
- Open Staff directory and try the Org chart.
- In Letters, fill in an offer of employment and watch it write itself.
- In Rotas & shifts, look at the pay-period hours check and the payroll export.
As a manager
You’re Priya Shah, Site Manager with three people reporting to her.
- See only your own team on Home and in Leave & absence.
- Approve a request and watch the balance update.
- Press Add to my calendar to see the team calendar feed.
- Check who’s still to sign a policy on Policies.
As a employee
You’re Dan Wilson, a groundworker.
- Press Request leave on Leave & absence and send a request.
- Open My details and try the postcode finder.
- Confirm you’ve read a notice on Home.
- Open Staff forms and fill one in.
Switch versions
The buttons in the demo’s top bar switch between the three versions, so you can see what each one adds.
- Core: staff records, leave and absence, approvals, self-service details, calendar feeds and the notice board
- Enhanced: adds training, policies with sign-off, staff forms, documents and equipment, expenses and reviews
- Ultimate: adds starters and leavers, letters, benefits, the payroll export and every add-on
Try the add-ons
On Core and Enhanced, add-ons can be switched on with Add-ons in the top bar. Switched-off ones stay in the menu with an “Add-on” tag.
